What size are your italian charms?

Our charms are the standard italian modular charm size of 9mm. We do not currently sell 4mm, 6mm, or 13mm charms.

Are your italian charms compatible with my other charms I've purchased?

Because our charms are the standard 9mm size, they fit all common italian charm bracelets. You can always be assured that our charms are made with high-quality precision and materials.

How do you SHIP MY ORDER?
We pride ourselves in our speedy shipping procedures. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. We use USPS First Class Priority Mail as our standard shipping method. If you require overnight or specialty shipping please select your desired the Express Mail shipping method during the checkout procedure. International orders will require special shipping fees which may not be calculated during checkout. You will be notified if there are any additional shipping fees required for your order prior to shipping.

If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. We can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items arrive in our facility.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major U.S. credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept personal checks or money orders when ordering by fax or mail. In some cases, if we have established a customer relationship, we can accept C.O.D.'s, but they are not recommended. We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspect. We will report fradulent transactions to the proper authorities.

Do you have a privacy policy that protects my personal information?

Our privacy policy is designed to ensure that any personal information you provide us with will remain private. We only collect personal information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, three-to-four digit security code, and expiration date. We collect information to verify your identity for payment authorization, to ship your order and to contact you about your order status. Your information is used by our employees to process your order. Your address will be shared with the delivery service (USPS) that we use. This shared information includes your street address and possibly your telephone number if delivery is through UPS or FedEx.
